Experience a Streamlined Showround Calendar: Effortlessly Manage Your Appointments
Following the successful release of the showround calendar, we now offer an enriched version of the showround plugin, designed with an intuitive and user-friendly interface to simplify tour appointment management.
Instead of relying on general timeframes like Morning, Afternoon, or Evening, couples can now specify an exact time for their showround. Whether it’s 4 pm, 11:30 am, or any other specific time, the plugin now accommodates more specific scheduling preferences seamlessly. This improvement not only benefits your showround management but also integrates with the Enquiry Manager and Showround Calendar for a more synchronised workflow.
This recent update brings significant enhancements to the showround plugin and allows you to conveniently oversee all your upcoming appointments. Additionally, it allows you to effortlessly access records of past appointments, ensuring a comprehensive overview of your showround history. Stay organised, save time, and enjoy a hassle-free experience with the upgraded showround calendar in WedPro.
Personalised Communication: Introducing Partner Details and WedMail Updates
Last month, we introduced the ability to add partner details alongside the lead contact information. At WeddingDates we believe it’s essential to acknowledge the involvement of both partners in the wedding planning process. Building on this update, we have now rolled out the feature to CC the partner on WedMails.
By default, the partner CC feature is enabled for all enquiries, ensuring both partners receive important communication. However, we understand that there may be cases where both parties don’t want to get all emails. To accommodate this, you can simply go to an individual enquiry, scroll to the partner information section, untick the CC box, and save your changes.
To make the communication more personal and inclusive, when the partner’s email address is provided and the CC box is ticked, the email will now begin with a salutation addressing both partners. For example, “Dear John and Mary” instead of just “Dear John.” This enhancement creates a warm and personalised touch in your communication.
We’ve also made several updates across the platform to ensure a consistent partner experience. On the task list screen, you can now identify whether the partner is being CC’d on an email, indicated under the lead contact’s email address. Additionally, the partner’s name has been added as a column to the booked, custom, and lost reports, allowing for better analysis and tracking. Lastly, the partner’s name now appears on the showround calendar and search results in the Enquiry Manager, providing a comprehensive overview of all relevant information.
