When manually adding an enquiry to the WedPro Enquiry Manager, if you try to add a date that has already been booked, the software will notify you that the date is unavailable. Of course, we understand that some venues may book more than one wedding at the same time, which is why we’ve designed the feature to still allow you to add the enquiry, even if the date is already booked. This means you can still manage multiple bookings on the same date, while also ensuring that you have accurate information about your venue’s availability.
