Discover the Latest Enhancements: New Features to Our Software for an Even Better User Experience.
At WedPro, we believe that staying ahead of the curve is key to success in the ever-changing world of wedding planning. Our development team has been working tirelessly to bring you these new features, which are designed to streamline sales workflows and help teams work more efficiently.
Accidents are a part of life, but when it comes to weddings, they can be particularly devastating. Double bookings or accidentally removing a booked wedding date from the calendar can cause a huge amount of stress and chaos for everyone involved. At WedPro, we understand how important it is to prevent these kinds of mistakes from happening in the first place, which is why we’ve added a new feature to our software that aims to do just that.
The new feature in question is a pop-up that appears when a user attempts to unblock a date from their booking calendar. This pop-up requires the user to confirm the action before proceeding, which greatly reduces the risk of accidentally deleting or altering a booked date. This may seem like a small addition, but it can have a huge impact on the overall efficiency and effectiveness of your team’s wedding planning process.
By preventing accidental deletions or double bookings, this new feature helps ensure that your team can focus on delivering the best possible service to your clients, without the added stress and hassle of trying to fix mistakes that could have been avoided.
Manually entering enquiry for already booked date
Managing wedding enquiries can be a complex process, especially if you’re dealing with a high volume of enquiries and have multiple bookings to keep track of. That’s why we’re constantly working to improve our software and make it even more efficient for our customers.
One of our newest features is designed to help prevent double bookings. When manually adding an enquiry to the WedPro Enquiry Manager, if you try to add a date that has already been booked, the software will notify you that the date is unavailable. This helps prevent you from logging an enquiry for a date that is already taken.
Of course, we understand that some venues may book more than one wedding at the same time, which is why we’ve designed the feature to still allow you to add the enquiry, even if the date is already booked. This means you can still manage multiple bookings on the same date, while also ensuring that you have accurate information about your venue’s availability.
Overall, we believe that this new feature is a valuable addition to WedPro and will help streamline the enquiry management process for our clients. By providing real-time notifications about date availability, we’re helping our clients avoid costly mistakes and ensuring that their team has accurate information at their fingertips.
As always, we remain committed to listening to our customers’ feedback and developing features that meet their evolving needs. Whether you’re a seasoned wedding professional or just starting out, we invite you to explore the new features and see how WedPro by WeddingDates can help take your venue to the next level.
