Introducing the Showround Calendar: The Latest Addition to WedPro’s Software
We have recently launched a host of new features to our WedPro sales pipeline management software in order to make the wedding sales process even more streamlined and efficient. In addition to adding partners’ contact information, releasing dates, and notifications to prevent double bookings, our team is excited to announce another highly requested development: the introduction of the showround calendar.
The showround calendar is an intuitive and user-friendly interface that allows you to easily manage your showround appointments. It can be accessed from the WedPro section of the menu in the dashboard by clicking on Calendar. Once there, you can view all of your upcoming showround appointments, as well as any past appointments that you may have already completed.
One of the key features of the showround calendar is the ability to add a showround time and if the showround didn’t go ahead, a cancellation reason. This means that you can effortlessly keep track of all of your showround appointments, and quickly and easily cancel or reschedule them if necessary. In the future, we are planning to add even more functionality to the showround calendar, such as different meeting types (for example menu tastings), the ability to add comments, and more.
