Our system now automatically identifies enquiries from two months ago that are still open in your enquiry manager but haven’t been assigned a showround date. These enquiries are then seamlessly moved, providing a much-needed cleanup in your dashboard. This helps streamline your workflow and ensures that your system remains up-to-date and organised.

But that’s not all. We’ve taken it a step further by incorporating this information into a weekly digest email. Each week, you’ll receive a comprehensive list of enquiries that were moved in the last seven days, allowing you to stay informed and on top of your leads effortlessly.

This email is titled the “Lost Enquiries Weekly Report” and will provide you with a list of enquiries that have been moved to “Lost” due to inactivity. You will have the option to move the lost enquiry back to OPEN if needed. This is all part of our mission to reduce manual administration and provide our WedPro customers with improved reporting.

It’s important to note that this feature is designed to focus on current open enquiries, rather than historical ones. However, fear not! If you need to update historical enquiries in bulk we can take care of that for you. Simply reach out to our Customer Success team to request the bulk update.
