Lead contact information
When you receive an enquiry from an interested couple, the lead contact information is automatically pre-populated in the Enquiry Manager based on the information provided in the initial enquiry. This means that you don’t have to waste time manually entering the contact details for each new enquiry – the information is already there, ready for you to review and edit as needed.
But we didn’t stop there – we also made sure that the lead contact information is fully editable, so you can easily update it if any of the information changes during the sales process. For example, if the lead changes their phone number or email address, or moves house you can quickly and easily update their contact details in the Enquiry Manager to ensure that your team has accurate information at all times.
