Today I’m SO excited to share something I’ve been building quietly behind the scenes: my own personal brand website, ciaracrossan.com.
This isn’t a WeddingDates thing or a WedPro thing. This is just… me. Nearly two decades of wedding sales knowledge, industry experience, and hard-won lessons, now packaged up into three ways I can get in the room (or on the stage) with your team.
Why now?
Since 2008, I’ve been obsessed with one question: how do we help hotels and venues win more weddings? WeddingDates and WedPro were built to answer that question with technology and leads. But over the years, more and more of you started asking me for something different too, my time, my experience, and my energy, directly with your team.

I’ve been doing this work for years already, but it never had a proper home. Now it does. Here’s what’s on offer.
Keynote Speaking

The Wedding Sales Programme
This is the deepest work I do, six months, side by side with your senior management, sorting out the small bumps across your whole wedding journey that quietly cost you bookings.
It starts with a half-day discovery session onsite, followed by a bespoke Wedding Sales Playbook built just for your hotel. From there, it’s fortnightly coaching calls with your core wedding team, monthly KPI reviews with stakeholders, and up to six 1:1 calls with the people driving your wedding sales day-to-day.
The goal isn’t just a nice conversation about what could change. It’s making sure the right changes actually get implemented and keep delivering long after I’ve wrapped up. Read more about the programme.
