At WedPro, we are committed to continually refining and enhancing our sales pipeline management software to serve our clients’ needs better. Today, we are excited to announce a significant addition to our reporting capabilities with an additional Conversion Rate ReportIn response to valuable feedback from our users, we have expanded the report to include a new metric: the overall conversion rate from enquiry to booking. This addition complements the metrics tracking performance from enquiry to showround and showround to booking.

Introducing this latest report stems from our commitment to accuracy and usability.

We understand that every couple’s journey is unique, and it’s essential to accommodate varying data input practices. Upon careful consideration, we identified an opportunity to refine our reporting features to better align with the diverse needs of our users.

Some users might not have consistently input showround dates for each booking into the system. We want to ensure that all bookings, regardless of whether showround dates are provided, are accurately reflected in the Conversion Rate Report. This enhancement will ensure that our reporting accurately represents the success of our customers’ sales efforts. Now, regardless of whether showround dates are provided, you can accurately track your overall conversion rates per source of enquiry and make informed decisions on where to spend your marketing budget, to drive your business forward.

  • Ease of use: The new report is seamlessly integrated into the WedPro dashboard, allowing you to access and analyse your conversion metrics with ease. The original Conversion Rate Report, including conversion from Enquiry to Showround and Showround to Booking, remains available for users who prefer a more comprehensive view of their pipeline.

While users now have access to an overall conversion rate report it is still advisable to diligently input your showround dates to make the most of the software’s functionality. Tracking showround dates provides insights into the efficiency of the booking process, while measuring conversion rates at each stage offers valuable data on sales and marketing effectiveness. This enables venues to identify key areas for improvement and optimise their sales pipeline and communication efforts to maximise bookings.
